To schedule an appointment for coaching or tutoring, you have two options. We can meet one-on-one in Boulder, Colorado (for local clients or those who are visiting), or we can conduct sessions by phone.
Email me at mark@mark-ducharme.com or use the contact form below to confirm the availability of the date and time you would like; please also indicate the length of the session you would like (there is a one-hour minimum). I will respond as soon as possible and include a phone number where you can reach me if we are going to conduct a phone session. Once confirmed, you should click the link on this page to make a secure, on-line payment using PayPal.
Payment is due 24 hours in advance of each scheduled session. If it is more convenient, you can prepay for multiple sessions at once.
If you have to cancel a prepaid session, please let me know as soon as possible and we can reschedule.
For editorial services, including copyediting and proofreading, email me for a price quote and attach your file(s) in Microsoft Word (.doc) format. (If you don't know how to attach files to an email, use the form below or contact me and I can walk you through it.) I will get back to you with a price quote. I require a 50% deposit on the price quote before I begin work; the remaining amount is due and payable at the time the project is delivered. For very small projects (and in some other circumstances), I may require 100% deposit in advance. Email me with any questions.
